Media Buyer

We're looking for a senior media buyer who treats every account like their own business.

Our goal is to generate $100 million in client revenue over the next three years. The person in this role is a big part of how we get there.

We're a small team growing fast. You start with one or two accounts and take on more as we sign new clients. You're paid per account, so your income grows as you take on more accounts. And your fee on each account grows as you scale that client, so when you grow an account, you get paid for it. If it works well for both sides, there's a real path to full-time. Fully remote, with occasional team trips during the year.

This is not a "set budgets and send screenshots" role. You own the account:

• Campaign structure, testing, and scaling in Meta Ads Manager
• Reading creative performance and briefing what to test next, together with our creative strategists
• Client communication: weekly updates, owning the Slack channel, joining calls
• Landing page, funnel, and tracking input when the account needs it
• Working directly with our strategists and video editors

You'll sit right next to some of the best creative strategists in the game, every week. If you want to sharpen your creative instincts, this is the room to be in.

Our accounts run across local lead gen, DTC ecommerce, and B2B lead gen. You don't need deep experience in all three, but you need to be comfortable switching between booked jobs, ROAS, and lead quality as the number that matters. On ecommerce, you optimize for profit, not ROAS.

The role has two jobs: performance and client experience. You're accountable for results against the client's goals, and every update you send should make the founder more confident that we're doing everything possible to scale their account. You turn complexity into clarity.

The daily standard. Every day, you ask yourself two questions:

• Is there anything in this account that could materially improve performance right now? If yes, do it.
• Is there anything we could do today that would increase this client's trust that we're doing everything possible to scale their account? If yes, fix it.

What we need from you:

• You've personally managed $100k+ per month in Meta ad spend
• Fluent, client-ready English, written and spoken
• A few hours of daily overlap with European working hours
• Google Ads experience is a plus (some of our accounts run both)
