Creative Strategist

We're looking for a killer creative strategist who lives and breathes Meta ads.

We're a small team growing fast. There's real room to grow in this role, and we're building a company with space for everyone's individual goals and ambitions.

You'll work directly with the client and lead everything from:

• Research
• Writing briefs
• Creator sourcing
• Reading the data in Meta
• Working closely with our media buyer
• Working directly with our video editor

You have great creative taste. You know how to come up with a strong idea, and just as importantly, how to turn that idea into a top-quality ad that gets tested.

You know how to balance being analytical and data driven with being creative.
